Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed in house within 48 hours of order date, unless the shop is closed due to weekends, national holidays, vacations or sickness within the small business. Those such issues will most likely be documented on the homepage or social media posts.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We typically ship USPS First Class Package, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Neither Priority Mail nor UPS Ground are considered expedited shipping. They are tracked and insured packages and are faster than First Class.
The days given at checkout are once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
If you need your order to go out same day it is placed, please text us at 334-492-2776 to see if that request is possible. We are happy to do what we can, but remember the carriers no longer guarantee overnight...though some times it gets there early!
Standard (5-8 business days)
Tracked and Insured (3-5 business days)
Expedited (2-3 business days)
Local Pickup, Free (Afternoon or next business day)
Local Delivery, Small fee (Afternoon or next business day)
CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, you must call to request cancellation. If the package is already in process it cannot be cancelled.
DELAYED ORDERS / BACKORDERS
In the case of a delayed product or backorder, the order may be cancelled with full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under seller's liability. Please check your spam folder for tracking.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your product has damage, please send photos to our email and we will see what needs to be done for replacement or refund.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We no longer ship internationally.
